3 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients box spice cake mix pumpkin puree turbinado sugar

Line a regular sized muffin tin with paper muffin liners or spray the tin with nonstick cooking spray.

In the bowl add the spice cake mix with the pumpkin puree and mix on low speed until combined.

Portion the batter into the muffin tins just over ¾ full each.

Sprinkle the turbinado sugar generously over the tops of the muffins.

Bake, cool, serve, and enjoy!
