Ingredients granulated sugar brown sugar peanut butter egg

In a bowl or a stand mixer, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg until smooth.

Divide into portions. Roll into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.

Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.

Bake and then cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Serve and enjoy!
