7 Ingredient Banana Oat Bars

Stir together mashed bananas, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.

Add the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and any optional add-ins. Stir to combine.

Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray and pour the oatmeal batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake, cool completely, and cut into 9, 12, or 16 bars.
