Texas toast bread
large eggs
whole milk
sugar
pure vanilla extract
cinnamon
pinch of salt

Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a shallow dish big enough for the bread to lie flat.
