Shrimp Broccoli Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

At the same time, in a large oven-safe skillet melt butter over medium heat. To the melted butter, add the flour and whisk until smooth.

Pour in chicken broth and milk, adding a little bit at a time, while continuing to whisk until smooth. Add in lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir.

Sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, along with mozzarella cheese, and continue to mix until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce thickens.

Add the shrimp, broccoli, and cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and mix to fully coat. Top with the reaming mozzarella cheese.

Bake, serve and enjoy!
