6 INGREDIENT CROCKPOT COUNTRY STYLE RIBS

Cut the onion into slices and place them into the bottom of a slow cooker.

Layer the boneless country style pork ribs on top of the onions. Lightly sprinkle the ribs with salt and black pepper.

In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms.

Add the mushroom gravy over the pork ribs.

Sprinkle the paprika over the soup. Cover and cook on low.

Remove ribs to a serving plate and keep warm. Stir together flour and water and pour into the liquid in the crockpot to thicken the gravy. Turn the slow cooker to the HIGH heat setting and continue cooking a few minutes until gravy is thickened. Serve and enjoy.
