Ham Salad

Place the ham, hard-boiled eggs (if using), celery, and onion in a large food processor and pulse until finely chopped. You can also chop everything by hand.

Combine ham mixture, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and mustard in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Taste and add salt and black pepper if needed.

Refrigerate until time to serve, 1 – 2 hours is best for flavor. Serve on sandwich rolls or crackers.
