8 ingredient turkey burgers

On a cutting board, dice the onion into very fine pieces and pat them very dry with a paper towel.

Add the ground turkey, finely diced onion, garlic, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Lightly coat your hands in oil and form each portion into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. The mixture will be wet so they won’t look perfect. Set them on the prepared baking sheet.

Transfer to the hot skillet and cook on both sides.

The internal temp for turkey burgers should be 160 degrees F.

Allow the burgers to rest for a few minutes before serving then add buns and your favorite toppings, if desired.
