On a small cutting board, dice the onion.In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the grease and return the beef to the pan.Add the diced onions until they start to soften.
Then add the minced garlic, tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt. Mix until combined well.Allow to simmer on low for 20 - 30 minutes.
