Add the ground turkey, finely diced onion, garlic, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Using your hands or a fork, mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Divide the burger mixture into 4 equal portions.Lightly coat your hands in oil (or mist with nonstick cooking spray) and form each portion into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. The mixture will be wet so they won’t look perfect.Set them on the prepared baking sheet.
