25 Minute Ground Beef Stroganoff

In a large sauce pan, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. On a cutting board, dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain the grease and return the beef and onions to the skillet.

Add the sliced mushrooms and jarred minced garlic to the pan and cook.

Stir in the flour and cook. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer.

Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat and stir in the sour cream and drained egg noodles.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
