Easy Pizza without Yeast

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer combine the bread flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, water, cooking oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together until a ball of dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, to about 1/4 of an inch thick using a rolling pin. (You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands and skip the rolling pin.)

Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until done.

Remove the pizza from oven and serve.
