How to make Creamy Beef Pasta Skillet
Step 1 – In a Dutch oven saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain well and return the pasta to the Dutch oven pot.
Step 2 – While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3 – Add chopped onion and ground beef to the skillet. Cook beef and onions, stirring frequently, until the onion is translucent about 5 minutes.
Step 4 – Stir in garlic, beef broth, and Italian seasoning, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 5 – Stir in marinara sauce. Lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes.
Step 6 – Add the cooked red sauce, salt, and pepper, to the large pot of cooked pasta, stirring to combine.
Step 7 – Stir in the shredded cheese, heavy cream, and chopped parsley, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

- ½ sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 cups marinara sauce ((or Bolognese sauce))
- ½ teaspoon table salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
