Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 12-slot muffin pan with non-stick spray or fill with paper muffin liners.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add in the spice cake mix and eggs, whisking until just combined.
Fill the muffin cups about ¾ full.
Bake in the center rack for 15 - 20 minutes or until set in the centers.
