This Ground Beef Fajita recipe is easy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious with tender and juicy ground beef, bell peppers and onions, and drizzled with a squeeze of lime juice. This recipe cooks in one skillet and is ready in just 15 minutes.
On a cutting board, cut the onion and bell peppers into strips.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the ground beef and fajita seasoning. Cook and stir, breaking up the beef into small pieces until just browned and cooked through.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the ground beef to a bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet place the bell peppers and onions inside. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Add the seasoned ground beef back into the skillet just long enough to reheat. Stir together or leave apart.
Turn off the heat and drizzle lime juice over the meat and veggies.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve in the fajita tortillas.
