How to make Easy Stroganoff with Ground Beef
Step 1 – In a large sauce pan, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
Step 2 – On a cutting board, dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3 – Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 4 – Drain the grease and return the beef and onions to the skillet.
Step 5 – Add the sliced mushrooms and jarred minced garlic to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 – Stir in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 7 – Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Step 8 – Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
Step 9 – Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat and stir in the sour cream and drained egg noodles.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.

- 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Optional - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
