Substitutions
Try using cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom.
You can substitute leftover ham for the Spam.

How to make Spam Casserole
Step 1 - Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Step 2 - In a saucepan boil the noodles as directed on the package. Drain noodles.
Step 3 - At the same time, dice the onion, green bell pepper, and Spam on a cutting board.
Step 4 - Combine the soup, cheese, milk, onion, green pepper, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Step 5 - Stir in the cooked macaroni.
Step 6 - Pour the Spam mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Step 7 - Bake for about 30 minutes.
Pro Tips
Try adding a sprinkle of bread crumbs on top of the casserole before baking.

Spam Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni (elbows, or shells, or egg noodles - uncooked)
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounce Spam
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

- At the same time, dice the onion, green bell pepper, and Spam on a cutting board.

- Stir in the cooked macaroni.

- Bake for about 30 minutes.
