Instructions
On a cutting board using a sharp knife dice the onion and cherry tomatoes.
Cut open the jalapeno and remove and discard the seeds. Then dice the jalapeno.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. See notes if you want to blend the ingredients more finely.
Notes
If you prefer chunkier salsa, you can just dice the ingredients to your desired sizes. If you prefer less chunky, add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, stand mixer, hand-held immersion blender, or Magic Bullet blender, and pulse a few quick times, or until your desired consistency.
For mild salsa remove and discard the seeds from the jalapeno. Leave them in if you like it spicy.
