These seriously delicious Pina Coladas with Malibu Rum are a sweet cocktail made with rum, sweetened condensed coconut milk, a touch of nutmeg to kick it up a notch, and pineapple juice blended with crushed ice. They use just 4 ingredients plus crushed ice, and take just 3 steps and 5 minutes! Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and a cute little drink umbrella if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Malibu rum
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 cups crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Mix sweetened condensed coconut milk, pineapple juice, Bacardi rum, nutmeg, and crushed ice in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into four hurricane or long-stemmed glasses.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, and cute little drink umbrellas if desired.

Notes

    • It is a good idea to store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days to a week.
