This easy 6 Ingredient Pizza Dough without Yeast is quick and super simple. It is slightly lighter and fluffier than normal pizza dough with great flavor. Add your favorite sauce and toppings of choice. There is no rising time making this much faster than traditional pizza dough, ready to eat in about 15 minutes. This is a single serving recipe but it can easily be doubled.
In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer, with a dough hook attachment, combine the bread flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, water, cooking oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together until a ball of dough forms. If the dough is too wet and sticky add flour a little bit at a time. If the dough is too dry add water a little bit at a time until it is the right consistency.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, to about 1/4 of an inch thick using a rolling pin. (You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands and skip the rolling pin.)
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
Remove the pizza from the oven and serve.
