This easy Pizza Dough without Yeast is quick and super simple. It is slightly lighter and fluffier than normal pizza dough with great flavor.
There is no rise time making this much faster than yeast dough, ready to eat in just 15 minutes. This is a single serving recipe but it can easily be doubled.
The correct combination of baking powder with flour and salt is a great substitution for yeast in pizza dough. It will cause the dough to rise in the oven and have a similar texture to a dough with yeast.

Equipment needed for this recipe:
- Small baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Mixing bowl or Stand mixer
- Rolling pin (or just press with your hands)
How to make Pizza Dough without Yeast:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer combine the bread flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, water, cooking oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together until a ball of dough forms. If the dough is too wet and sticky add flour a little bit at a time. If the dough is too dry add water a little bit at a time.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, to about 1/4 of an inch thick using a rolling pin. (You can also press the dough directly onto the parchment paper on the pan using your hands and skip the rolling pin.)

Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings.

Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until done.
Remove the pizza from oven and serve.

When we lived in Indiana, there was a pizza place that used this kind of dough, and I have a copycat recipe for their pizza. The recipe I have uses regular flour and it turns out really good, and it is so easy!
