You can substitute Greek yogurt or sour cream for the milk.
Cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup can be used instead of cream of mushroom.
Other pre-cooked meat can be used. Try ground turkey, lean ground beef, ground chicken, or cubed beef.
Other shredded cheese types can be used. Try cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, or Mozzarella.
Add extra seasonings as desired, like onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

How to make 6 Ingredient Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. and spray an 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2 – Place the veggies and shredded chicken in the bottom of the dish.

Step 3 – Whisk together the soup and milk and pour over the veggies and meat. Add any desired seasonings.

Step 4 – Add the tater tots in a single layer over the soup mixture.

Step 5 – Sprinkle the cheese over the tater tots. Optionally you can add the cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking if you prefer creamy melted cheese.
