Ingredients

(amounts are listed in the recipe card at the bottom of the post)

cooked diced chicken (or shredded rotisserie chicken)

fresh broccoli florets

cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup

shredded cheddar cheese 

Substitutions and Additions

If you want to use raw chicken, dice it into small cubes and fry it in a pan until cooked through.

Use shredded rotisserie chicken instead of cooked diced chicken

Use any “cream of” soup you prefer.

Sprinkle in some garlic powder and black pepper, if desired.

How to make Chicken Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

Step 2 – In a saucepan, prepare the chicken stuffing mix according to the package instructions.

Step 3 – In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, raw broccoli, and canned soup.

Step 4 – Pour the broccoli mixture into an even layer into a greased 11×7-inch baking dish. You can also use cooking spray.

Step 5 – Top with the prepared stuffing mixture spread out evenly.

Step 6 – Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese.

Step 7 – Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. 

Step 8 – Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 or 4 days. It may also be stored in the Freezer.

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken (or shredded rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup – 10-3/4 ounce can (or cream of mushroom soup)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
