Why I love this recipe

This 15-minute brie with jam is one of the easiest appetizers. The creamy brie cheese goes great with the sweetness of the jam, fresh herbs, and your favorite crackers. The basil adds a little bit of earthy flavor. This cheesy party appetizer is great for charcuterie boards or a standard cheese board.

Recipe FAQs

Do you remove the brie rind before baking?

No. Keep the rind on, as it will help the cheese hold its shape so it doesn't all melt out. The rind is also edible, so you can enjoy it with the melty cheese if you wish.
