Chicken Ravioli Alfredo

Chicken Ravioli Alfredo is super easy with only 6 ingredients and no need to pre-boil the ravioli. Cheese ravioli is combined with shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, heavy cream, and alfredo sauce covered in melted mozzarella cheese.

This chicken ravioli bake has very easy prep and is made with only a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • cheese ravioli
  • shredded rotisserie chicken (or diced cooked boneless chicken)
  • broccoli
  • Jar Alfredo sauce
  • heavy cream
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Substitutions

  • You can sub diced cooked boneless chicken for the shredded chicken
  • Chicken or spinach filled ravioli will also work well
  • Try adding some Parmesan cheese as well as the mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

On a cutting board, chop the broccoli into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, stir together the ravioli (can still be frozen), shredded chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, and heavy cream.

Pour into the prepared dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and top with the cheese.

Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.

  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • 14.5 ounce jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
