How to make Easy Stroganoff with Ground Beef:
In a large sauce pan, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
On a cutting board, dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat.

Drain the grease and return the beef and onions to the skillet.
Add the sliced mushrooms and jarred minced garlic to the pan and cook about 3 minutes.

Stir in the flour and cook about 1 more minute.
Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer about 10 minutes.
Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat and stir in the sour cream and drained egg noodles.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.

Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Optional - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
