How to make Spam Scrambled Eggs

Step 1 - Dice the Spam, green pepper, and onions on a cutting board.

Step 2 - Add the butter to a non-stick frying pan over medium.

Step 3 - Add the diced green peppers once the butter is melted and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4 - Add the diced onions and diced spam to the same pan and continue cooking for another 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5 - Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Pour eggs over the fried spam and veggies and let everything cook for about 30-60 seconds without stirring.

Step 6 - Cook, and stir occasionally, until the eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, but the eggs are not dry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To make great breakfast burritos, try serving these spam eggs wrapped in a flour tortilla.

  • 12 ounce can of Spam
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
