Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or crunchy)
  • 1 jumbo egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl or a stand mixer (or use a handheld mixer), mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg until smooth.
  • Divide into 12 equal portions of cookie dough.
  • Use your hands to roll into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.
  • Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
  • Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
