Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (or crunchy)
- 1 jumbo egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl or a stand mixer (or use a handheld mixer), mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg until smooth.
- Divide into 12 equal portions of cookie dough.
- Use your hands to roll into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.
- Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
- Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

- Any brand of peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, will work.
