Recipe FAQ's

Why do you put a fork in peanut butter cookies?

The fork presses the cookie a little bit flatter since it is dense and won't spread out very much on its own. This helps them to bake more evenly.

I've been making peanut butter cookies this way for years! They're amazing and actually taste like peanut butter unlike so many pb cookie recipes out there.
