How to make Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 – In a bowl or a stand mixer, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg until smooth.

Step 4 – Divide into 12 equal portions of cookie dough.
Step 5 – Use your hands to roll into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.

Step 6 – Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.

Step 7 – Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
Step 8 – Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.

Step 9 – Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Step 10 – Serve and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 jumbo egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

- In a bowl or a stand mixer (or use a hand held mixer), mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg until smooth.
- Divide into 12 equal portions of cookie dough.
