Simple Ingredients

onion
cherry tomatoes
jalapeno pepper
jarred minced garlic
salt and pepper
Optional - chopped fresh cilantro and a dash of lime juice
Substitutions and Additions
You can use 1 regular size tomato instead of cherry tomatoes.
You can use diced red onion instead of white onions.
Swap out the jarred minced garlic for fresh minced garlic cloves

How to make 4 Ingredient Cherry Tomato Salsa
Step 1 - On a cutting board using a sharp knife dice the onion and cherry tomatoes.
Step 2 - Cut open the jalapeno and remove and discard the seeds. Then dice the jalapeno.
Step 3 - Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. See notes if you want to blend the ingredients more finely.
Serve and enjoy!
Pro Tips
If you prefer chunkier salsa, you can just dice the ingredients to your desired sizes. If you prefer less chunky, add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, stand mixer, hand-held immersion blender, or Magic Bullet blender, and pulse a few quick times, or until your desired consistency.
For mild salsa remove and discard the seeds from the jalapeno. Leave them in if you like it spicy.
