This Parmesan Tilapia with Mayo is so easy and quick to prepare. It is a mild white fish and the sauce on top is cheesy, golden brown, and savory.
Why I love this recipe
This low-carb Parmesan-crusted tilapia can be baked or broiled, takes just 5 steps, and is ready in just 15 minutes which is great for busy weeknights! We love to serve it with a side salad, rice pilaf, and some dinner rolls.
This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.

Recipe FAQs
Yes, you can also bake this dish. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 425 degrees F for 10 – 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily. Spread the fish with the cheese mixture and bake or broil until golden brown, about 5 minutes. (I highly recommend broiling for the last 5 minutes for browning the cheese.) Baking time will depend on the thickness of the fish you use.
We love to serve it with a side salad or green beans, a rice pilaf, and some dinner rolls.
