3 Ingredient Gravy

This easy 3 Ingredient Gravy is hearty and delicious comfort food and takes just 5 steps and 10 minutes. It is so simple and can be made in just one pan with or without drippings.

Butter, flour, chicken broth (or pan juices), plus some salt and pepper are whisked over low heat to make this smooth chicken gravy, turkey gravy, beef gravy, or brown gravy. This smooth creamy gravy is a great addition to make any dinner even more special, ready in just 10 minutes.

Why I love this recipe

There is something so comforting about homemade flavorful gravy. We love to pour it over roasted chicken, fried chicken, roast beef, buttermilk biscuits, and mashed potatoes, but it can be used over rice as well.

It’s also perfect gravy for busy schedules, Sunday dinner, Thanksgiving dinner, or any holiday meal. We used chicken broth in these pictures, but you can easily use beef broth or meat drippings instead.
