- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup Zesty Italian salad dressing (from a bottle)
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 sandwich rolls (or slider buns)
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken in a 4 quart slow cooker Crockpot.
- In a small bowl whisk the barbecue sauce, Zesty Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the sauce ingredients over the chicken. Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
- Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks and stir to combine. Serve on the sandwich rolls or slider buns.
