Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts

green beans

red skin potatoes

Substitutions

You can substitute boneless chicken thighs for the boneless chicken breasts.

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 – Spray a large baking sheet pan with non-stick spray.

Step 3 – On a cutting board, cut the red skin potatoes into ½ inch cubes.

Step 4 – Place cut chicken breasts, green beans, and potatoes on the sheet pan close together but in a single layer.

Step 5 – In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, then whisk in the Italian dressing mix.

Step 6 – Drizzle over the chicken and veggies.

Step 7 – Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.

Step 8 – Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until chicken and veggies are cooked through.
